AI voice agents that make the calls.
Work a list without staffing a room. The agent dials, holds a real conversation, qualifies against your own criteria and books the meeting — and hands to a person the moment a person is what the call needs.
Every refusal is honoured permanently. Every call leaves a transcript.
What it does
A dialler that can hold a conversation is only useful if you can trust it with your list and your reputation.
Campaigns
Upload a list and the agent works it. Every dial is counted against a ceiling you set, and consecutive failures trip a breaker rather than burning the list.
Qualification
It asks the questions you would ask and records the answers as data — not as a paragraph someone has to read afterwards.
Booking
Meetings land in a real calendar against real availability, so the slot it offers is a slot that exists.
Human takeover
When a call needs a person it hands over instead of pressing on. Nothing about that is a fallback — it is the point.
Do-not-call, honoured
A refusal is stored against the PERSON, not the campaign, so it outlives the list it was said during. The next campaign cannot ring them again.
Telephony built in
Numbers, calls and recordings run through Twilio. Results reach your systems by webhook rather than by export.
How it works
Three steps, and none of them is writing a call script.
Bring the list
Import contacts and they become people in a directory you can search — not rows that vanish when the campaign ends.
Say what the call is for
Describe the job in your own words. The agent is built from that, with the questions and the outcomes you need recorded.
Run it and watch
Every call leaves a transcript, a summary and a structured result. You see what was said, what was agreed and who to ring back.
Built for a list of real people
Outbound is the one place software can do damage at speed. These are the guardrails, not the marketing.
A refusal is permanent
Stored against the person and checked before every dial. Campaigns come and go; the refusal does not.
A ceiling you set
Each campaign carries its own maximum. A runaway loop cannot dial a list twice, and repeated failures stop it.
Provenance kept
Where a contact came from is recorded when it arrives and cannot be overwritten later — because someone may one day ask.
Questions
The things teams ask before they hand over a list.
What stops it calling someone who asked us not to?
The refusal is stored on the contact rather than on the campaign, and it is checked before every dial. Deleting the contact does not clear it, and merging two records keeps it.
Can a person take over mid-call?
Yes. The agent hands over when the conversation calls for it, and a caller is never left arguing with software.
What do we get back from a call?
A full transcript, a written summary, and the structured result you asked for — the answers, the outcome, and any follow-up that was promised.
Does it work with our numbers?
It runs on Twilio, so you can bring numbers you already own or take new ones.
